report on table names and attributes

I am creating an ERD using Visio template Entity Relationship (metric).
I would like to know how to print out a list of the entirties and attributes
(a data dictionary). I have tried creating a report but the entity names and
attributes do not appear to be something you can select to reporty on. Is
there a way to do this?

You mut use Visio For enterprise architect version that come's with VS2005
Team System for software architect
