Report Page Breaks

I’m trying to generate a report with extensive memo fields arranged i
columns, and the page breaks occasionally occur in the middle of th
field. All the fields are set to Can Grow, so manual page breaks ar
out. Is there any way to setup the report so that the page break
occur only between fields

You can do that if you put each of the memos into a section of its own.

With the report in design view, choose Sorting And Grouping on the View
menu. Enter the name of the primary key field, and in the lower pane of the
dialog set Yes for Group Header and Group Footer. This gives you 2 new
sections on your report. Move one memo into the group header, and the other
into the group footer. Each section has a Keep Together property. If you set
this to Yes, the group will stay together (and so the field in the group
will.)

If you need 2 more sections, choose the primary key field again on the next
line of the dialog, and so on.
