Report Preview getting Printer Info Error

I have created several reports that I want others to use,
but when they try to preview the report it gives an error
that it couldn't retrieve the printer info. How do I set
the report so it will use the person's default printer and
not mine? In the end I want to use a macro to output the
report to WORD, but this fails too. I have
UserDefaultPrinter set to TRUE and LayoutForPrint to FALSE
to use screen fonts. Everyone has access to different
printers. Suggestions?

While the report is in the preview window. Check the page
setup and click the page tab. Make sure the default
printer is checked.

If these reports work on your computer and also on some
others, it appears to indicate that there is a problem
with the printer configuration on the select computers.
Check the printer configurations and page setup on the
computers that do not work.
