report prob??

hi,
I have designed a report - SQL code as record source
passing parameters from a form. My database is split into
FE and BE. In the FE tables are linked over shared
network. The report is alright if i open from the
machine where BE is residing. Same FE copy with no change
is used to open the report from remote machine, the report
is not opening. It is displaying the SQL given as record
source of the report as dialog box with ok button. I am
not able to understand how to solve this problem. pl
advise how to solve.
