report suggestion

I need to produce a report that has largely static data. There is some
material - Bill of Lading material that I"ve put in a subreport and placed
on the detail band of the report.

My client wants the static information repeated when the Bill of Lading
information is large enough to force a new page. However Access is not
printing the static information on the 2nd, 3rd, etc. pages. It just prints
the remaining BoL material - starting at the top of the new page and down
the left side.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Is there a 'standard way' of producing
reports that repeat information that is not detail-row dependent? One
problem I have is the necessity of copying a legacy report that has the
'subreport' in the middle left side of the page with non-row dependent
information above, below and to the right of this subreport.

Thanks.

If your static information is in a header section, look at
the header properties. Try setting "Repeat Section" to
yes and see if you get your information repeated when page
breaks occur.
