Report - Total a minutes column

I need to write a report that will show the time spent on the phone with
customers. I want to have the following info and be able to put a total of
Call time in hour/minutes/seconds for each break (customer support personnel
who took the call).

Customer Support Start Call End Call Duration of call
?????? ### ### #####
---etc.
---etc.
---etc.
Total Duration ###

I cant' find the functions/or info on how to total the minutes/seconds and
roll in the total to hours/minutes/seconds. Help anyone?
