Report: Total hours per several resources per project [A]

We run 20 projects on MS Project Server 2003.
It is linked to Project Web Access. What I need is:

1. A report showing me the total hours an employee submitted in February
for project X. (I'd like to generate the report in MS Project)
2. A report showing the total hours planned for an employee working on
project X tasks.

The Resource Usage view in Project Pro can give you what I think you want.

Right-click on the right side (grid) of the view and select the data series
(Work, Actual Work, etc) that you want to see. Right-click the timescale to
set the time periods you want (months).

Assuming the project manager has not adjusted actuals, the Actual Work field
will show the hours that the resources submitted and which were approved by
the PM.
