OK
My IS dept did see the A2K version

Now, not everyone sharing this database will get to 2000
at the same time. We have the first user on it now. If I
put the 2000 on and someone in 97 goes to open it, will I
be ok?

Pam you cannot run the A2K version on an A97 machine.
