Report with 4 sub-reports

I have a report rptAllQuarters that displays 4 subreports. Each subreport is
for one of the 4 quarters.

Example: If I am in quarter 2 data should display on SubReport1 for Qtr1
and Subreport 2 for Qtr2

Example: If I am in quarter 3 data should display on SubReport1 for Qtr1
and Subreport 2 for Qtr2 and Subreport3 for qtr 3

Currently the rptAllQuarters only displays data for the current quarter. So
for quarter 3 only 3 shows.

How can I get the other to show at the same time. The data is there when I
run the subreports just not when I run them together in the rptAllQuarters.
