Report with Duplicates

I have a database with the following fields:
Audit Section
Audit SubSection
Audit Steps
Findings
Recommendations

For some audit subsections, there can be more than one audit step. If the
auditor has findings, they have to enter those findings and recommendations
into a form on an audit step by step basis. This form has “None†as the
default so they do nothing if they have no findings or recommendations for a
particular step. I want to create a summary report that shows audit results
by audit section and audit subsection (not audit step). If there are no
findings, the report prints “none†and if there is more than one step with no
findings, I tell the report to hide duplicates. Works fine so far. If there
is more than one step and there are findings for each step, again no problem.
Where I run into a problem is when I have a section with multiple steps and
one has a finding and one does not. The report shows both the finding and
the word “Noneâ€. In this case, if there are findings for one step, I want
the report to show the finding(s) and not the word “noneâ€. Any thoughts on
how to accomplish this?
