Report Wizard: Error in Loading DLL

I have client that lately whenever running the Report
Wizard within Access 2000, gets the

Error in Loading DLL

error message twice before it opens the first page of the
wizard.

I have run "Detect anad Repair" from the Help menu. DOne
Repair from the setup Disk and tried Reinstall from the
setup disk to no avail.

I would love help in making this error go away.
