REPORT WIZARD FOR LABELS - query fields not showing

When I try to use the report wizard for labels, the fields are not showing.
Therefore an error message comes up.

When I open the query, the fields are all there. I don't know of any reason
why the report wizard is not seeing them.

Any suggestions on how to get the fields to show in the wizard?

I am using Access 2003
