A user was running a report from Access and the server crashed while she was
in the DB. Once the server came back up, she went back into run the report
and got the message "User: %UserName% is currently running these reports.
The report was setup at %date/time%. Please try again later. If it has been
an abnormally long time, Contact the user or support to see if they are truly
running the report"
I tried to Compact and repair the database, but it would not clear the
message to allow her to run the report. I'm not advanced in Microsoft
Access, so this has me stumped. I've googled for help but could not find any
answers. It seems that there is a process lock on the report that will not
allow it to run. I don't know how to clear this. Any detailed help would be
great.
