Report works some of the time, but not all of the time??

Following is the SQL from my report.

The Notes field from Order Details is visible/prints on some of my customer
and not all of them. This is not from a query, rather another report
created by someone else. I do not see anything that should keep the notes
information from being visible and printing on this report.

Any suggestions?
