I have a database with 81 entries.
Each entry is a load of material costing by the Ton.
Date, Driver, Tract, Mill, Tons, dollars.....

The 81 Tract entries comprise of different tracts (Jones,
Brown, Murphy etc.). The same with the Mill data.

I want to sort this database by Tract, Mill, Date and
Dollars in that order. Sorting part is done.

How do I get:
Total Dollars for each Tract
Avg Dollars/Load for each Tract
Total Tons for each Tract
Avg Tons/Load for each Tract
How do I isolate a part of the database and do
calculations on the isolated part, without removing it
from the database.
