I have a resource pool which I have to start sending a report to each of the
resources of there tasks, so they can execute and update them.
I try a feel possibilities from the reports of MS but didn't get any simple
and clear report that shows tasks and dates (I would like to have some e.g.
or read more about it!!)
Also, the resouces don't have MS, what is the best way to send the reports
to them?

Txs,

A couple ideas:

1) Buy Project Server (that's precisely what it's designed for)
2) Buy Project 2010 and SharePoint 2010, then sync straight to a SharePoint
list
3) Export to Excel. Just Save > Save As Excel, then choose the mapping
options. You can even filter specific tasks based on filters in the project
- and merge any changes back into your schedule using the Open from Excel
option.
4) File > Send, and choose the option to attach the project file as an image
to the resulting e-mails.
