Hello
I am using MS Outlook 2003 SP2 as part of MS Office Professional Edition
2003 and I have noticed a bug. This is as follows:
If one clicks on "Reply" to reply to an email, and then subsequently never
sends the reply, then Outlook still flags the original email as having been
replied to. It even adds a message below the toolbar saying "You replied on
DD/MM/YYYY 00:00."
This is the case even if you delete the message entirely from your Drafts
folder or your Deleted Items folder.
Of course, this is misleading as people may refer back to the email in
future and then think, "Oh, I've replied to that, I wonder what I said" and
start looking for it and when they (or Outlook) doesn't find anything,
they're left wondering why?
Hope this helps.
Joe.
