Question:
This may be hard to get across but I'll do my best. I
have a situation that requires reporting with numerous
variables... for example: I have three separate results
that I'm trying to average in a report.... however, two of
the results are averages of 4 tests...
Example: (all averages are base on a date range - one
month)
Average 1 = result of one test (a daily average)
Average 2 = result of the average of 3 or more tests
Average 3 = same as Average 2
I am trying to create a report, based on a date range,
that lists the individual results of all tests, but
averages the total. I have accomplished this with Average
1 and Average 2, but when adding Average 3, and so on and
so forth, there seem to be too many variables involved.
Can this be accomplished in Access? Do I have to be a
programmer to make it work? Does what I am asking make
sense? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Joshua Briley
