We are currently using Outlook SP3 and have a shared mailbox where we receive
over 5000 e-mails a month. At the present time we report who is sending us
e-mails by creating search folders with the e-mail suffix as the key to the
search (@helpme.com), I mark all of the e-mails as unread so that the search
folder gives me a number which I then enter into a spreadsheet. This process
is very manual and time consuming.
Someone has got to have a better way, right? Recommended ways of exporting
to Access or Excel that would include the entire e-mail address? Any
suggestions are greatly appreciated.
I posted a related question in the Access discussion group... If I import to
Access some of the e-mail addresses do not show up, just the person's name -
John Smith instead of (e-mail address removed). I need the info after the "@".
Thank you...
