Reporting database inconsistencies

Hi,

I'm building TimeSheet reports with SQL Reporting Server and use the Project
Server Reporting Database as my source.

After lots of testing I noticed some strange inconsistencies:

- When a surrogate TimeSheet has been made the actuals from that TimeSheet
will not appear in the TimeSheetActuals table in the reporting database
- For some users a TimeSheet has been created (by themselves) but the
TimeSheet info in the reporting database differs from the info in the
Publishing database (status of the TS is different and also the actuals
differ)

I cannot explain the inconsistencies, I'm however able to reproduce the
issue wth the Surrogate TimeSheets. I'm wondering if somebody has had the
same experiences and would like to know if there's some kind of solution.

Also, is it possible to have the Reporting database being build up again
from scratch? If so, I would like to know what steps we would have to take
for that acion.

I wonder if the Publishing database records contain information about
records that have been passed through to the Reporting Database.

Rgds,

Frank

I can vogue that I have seen surrogate timesheets not report the same in the
reporting database. I never thought though that the data didn't exist in
the reporting database but rather, that my joins were not set up correctly
to accommodate the fact that the timesheet was created by another user.
That is all the input I have for you, sorry.

Jonathan
