Reporting Database - Transaction Level

Project Server 2007 SP2 & SQL Server 2005 SP3
I would like to confirm what the atomic transaction level is for the
reporting database when a project is published. I assume that transactions
are committed at the project atomic level, meaning that all changes for a
specific project are committed as a unit to the ProjectServer_Reporting
database. Ie. when reporting, you see either the "before publish" version
for ALL tasks in a project, or the "after publish" version (no possibility of
seeing some task changes being committed before others).
