I am currently looking into ways in which people can
record how they spend their time during the day using the
Outlook calendar. I have so far modified the names of the
colour labels to reflect the various categories I wish to
use (i.e. supervision, administration etc). This allows me
to visually look at each day and determine how people have
spent their time.
However I want to have the facility to be able to produce
reports between 2 specified dates (weekly/monthly) that
will allow analysis of how peoples time has been spent
(total number of hours spent on supervision, percentage of
overall time on admin etc).
Does anyone know if this is possible within Outlook (we
are using a mixture of versions, 97,98, 2000 and XP), or
are there any add-on packs available?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
