Reporting Inconsistencies

I have a task in a project on project server which is showing different
information in different views on PWA.

In Projects - View a Project, it is showing the task as 100% complete.
In Resources - Adjust Actuals, it is showing the task as 96% complete.
In Resources - View resource assignmets, it is showing the task as 96%
complete with 0 work remaining.

I have had a dig into the database and found that the msp_web_assignment
table is showing the assignment as 100% complete, but the msp_web_task is
only showing 96%.

There is only one person assigned to the task and have had the person clear
and re-enter the time, have re-published the project many times, but still no
joy.

Can anyone help?
