Reporting/linking across databases

Is this something I can do? I am an intermediate user at best. I can create
queries and reports, but know no macros or SQL. I'm sick of having to copy
and paste a report 3 times over between DBs. What are my options?

At work we oversee 4 different types of contracts with different contractors,
allowable amounts, etc, which requires the use of various DBs. Yet, the same
staff is doing work acorss contracts so our evaluations take some time since
we have to run numbers per contract.
Let me know what else you need to help.

I haven't heard anything yet that justifies separate MDB files. You can use
the same front end that can change links to different back-ends. You can also
link all tables from the multiple MDBs into a single front-end reporting MDB.
Or you can combine the multiple back-ends into a single mdb.
