We have a business requirement to report on all open issues across all
projects in our ProjectServer 2003/WSS environment. I came across one
previous post on this topic in which a reply was made that this can be
easily done if no customizations (extra fields added) have been made to
the Issues or Risks data entry page. Someone else inquired as to the
specific table to be queried to get risk and issues data, but there was
no response to this question. Any additional detailed information
(name of table that contains the Issues/Risks, field name that
identifies the item as either an Issue or a Risk, SQL Script to run to
extract all Open Issues, etc.) on extracting issues information (i.e. -
All Issues, All Open Issues, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. On a
related topic, if we were running Sharepoint Portal (currently we are
just using WSS), would we be able to perform Issue reporting ("All
Issues", "Open Issues", "Closed Issues", etc.) across all projects
right out of the box (no additional Sharepoint Portal customizations or
custom reports)?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
