Reporting on risks for a program

I have risks logs for different projects that are under a program in Project
Server 2007/MOSS 2007.

Is there a way to get a list of all the risks for a program, i.e the
consolidated risks for all the projects under that program?

Thanks for sharing. But a little too technical for me.

I am looking at ways to get this done w/o coding. Any other possibilities,
or this can only be done vith coding?
