Hi,
Here is the problem I 'm having: We have Ms Pro 2003, Project Server 2003
Resources report their actual work, actual start and finish in PWA. For
example: Resource A reports 10 hours on a task that was scheduled to only
take 5 hours. She therefore has taken 5 hours longer by staying late after
work to get the task finished on the same day so that it will not throw off
it going to the next resource. When the PM accepts this 10 hours it then
shifts the next successor tasks. Is it not possible for resources to enter
in more time than was scheduled without it affecting the next tasks? If I
added an over time task would this help?
Anyone have any ideas?
Help!! If this does not make sense, please let me know and I can explain it
more clearly.
Thanks in advance,
Bella
