Reporting(Project Published) Failed But Not Blocking Correlation

Hi!

Using Project Server 2007 + SP1 + (July) Infrastructure Update. We're
working with Proposals and Resource Plans in the PWA. There's always one
project that gets a Reporting(Project Published) Failed But Not Blocking
Correlation error each time we publish it. The error details include some
rows describing something about a conflict in a database, but I don't know
how we should solve this? The error details says something like this:

Error summary/areas:
Reporting message processor failed
ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed
ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed
ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed
ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed
ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed
ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed
Queue
GeneralQueueJobFailed

<error id="24006" name="ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed"
uid="0841b208-66d5-45da-85d1-2b3338205e0e" QueueMessageBody="Project
UID='7ddb6580-13c2-4919-966f-8c35bda567d8'.
PublishType='ResourcePlanPublish'" Error="The INSERT statement conflicted
with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_MSP_EpmAssignment_ResourceUID". The
conflict occurred in database "ProjectServer_Reporting", table
"dbo.MSP_EpmResource", column 'ResourceUID'.
The statement has been terminated." />

Any ideas on how to solve this? We don't work with tasks or project plans so
it shouldn't have anything to do with corrupted tasks. A consequence of this
issue is that our Data Analysis views are not showing correct data.

If we where working with Enterprise projects I would try to save the projects
on my desktop, remove the project from the PWA and then publish my local
version of the project. Unfortunately it seems like you can't do that on
proposals?
I'd really appreciate any kind of help with this issue.
