Reporting Services with Sharepoint Integration

D

Dots

I am trying to access reports built with Reproting Services and deployed to
Sharepoint report site. I receive the following error:
An error has occurred during processing (rsProcessingAborted)
Cannot create a connection to data source ‘risk-op’
(rsErrorOpeningConnection)

I have the report website created with Anonymous access but nothing seems to
get beyond this error??? HELP!!!

I'm guessing you have opted for user authentication in your Report Data
Source config. As users are browsing as anon, the data source cannot
connect. Reconfigure the Report Data Source to connect with a trusted
subsystem account (ie an account which has permissions to the DB/Cube)

If you are using Reporting Services with Sharepoint Integration. Once you
delpoy a report to Reporting Services with Sharepoint Integration I have
aways had to reconnect the reports to the Data Source even if the Data Source
Name does not change or the location is in the same folder. Right Click on
the report name and select Manage Data Sources. I have also had to create
the Data Sources manually as there appears to be no way of deploying a Data
Source (upload).

Hope this Helps
