Reporting Style

Hi all,

I have bunch of text that needs to be printed w/ bullets in
reports. Is this possible to do in Access and if so, how
will I go about in doing this?

thanks in advance.

Open the report in design view.

Display the toolbox (View > Toolbox). Select the Option button from the toolbox and place
it on your report where you want it to show. Set it's control source: = -1 (View >
Properties, select the Data tab in properties with the new option button selected). This
is probably the easiest method, although it looks more like a target than a true bullet.

If you don't like the looks of the option button, try inserting an image of a bullet
instead, using a suitable file. You can use screen capture software to possibly capture
the image of a button in Word. There are many screen capture packages available. One
that I like using is called Snag-It by Techsmith (www.techsmith.com).
