Mr K,

In the design of your report, whatever controls you put in the Page
Header section will normally be printed on every page.

What controls?

I create a report with the wizard.
When I print it the Header Information is only on the
first page!

Mr K,
What controls?
Exactly!!

When I print it the Header Information is only on the
first page!

As mentioned previously, in the design view of the report, any controls
you place in the Page Header section (in contrast to the Report Header
section) should normally be printed on each page.

Is it to hard to give an example?

Mr K,

1. Open the report in Design View.
2. Do you see a Page Header section? If yes, you may have to "expand"
it from zero height by dragging down the bottom border of the section.
If no, activate it by selecting Page Header/Footer from the View menu.
3. Place any existing control from your report, or any new control,
into the Page Header section.
4. Print your report... there's your example!

Hi Steve,

Sorry for the comment.
The problem was so simple, I didn't see what you were
saying. I needed to know what "Control" meant. The
word "Report" in the Report Header when moved to the
Page Header will print on every page.
I placed a page break in my report so the above
information becomes important after the first page.

Again sorry for not seeing your point sooner.
At the moment I'm over my head but treating water quickly.

Mr K,

I am pleased to hear that we have made progress! The word 'control' is
a generic term to include textbox, label, combobox, rectangle,
pagebreak, etc, etc, which are placed on forms and reports. Some
controls are bound controls. i.e. they are "linked" to data in the
form/report's underlying recordsource table/query, and some controls are
unbound. Sorry I didn't pick up that your problem related to not
knowing this!
