Reports---adding Month-To-Date and Year-To-Date totals

I need to display a record, the total of all the records
for the month and the total for all record for the year.

Are these values in your report's record source? If not, create a new totals
query (or two) that calculate the exact totals you want and either add the
new queries to the reports record source or use them as the record source of
a subreport.
