reports and crosstab qry

i am trying to create a report based on a crosstab qry , want the report to
look like to show no of patients with diff diagnosis sent to diff countries

Diagnosis uk paris usa canada germany etc.
cardiac 1 9 5 2 5
cancer 10 1 1 6
ophthal.
orthop.
neur
etc.

both the countries and the diagnosis categories may vary depending on the
period selected. what i want is, if there is patients sent to say germany,
this country should now be shown in the report.ie.want the report to show the
data as in the crosstab query.
