How do I set up a table or form so that a selection in one field defines the
selections possible in a subsequent field? If there is a DETAILED
step-by-step write-up on this process, that would be great.

Next question:
The database I am creating needs to generate reports that detail the number
of occurrences of various types of incidents. Again, if there is a DETAILED
step-by-step write-up on this process, that would be greatly appreciated.
