Reports for Microsoft Project

Is there a way to hide the ID column when printing a report. I only want the
WBS column to show on the printed report.

Hello bmorgan8h,

Most of the reports are based upon a table that can be edited or you
can just edit the table and print the view. To edit or create a
table go to View > Table > More Tables. Select a current table and
copy. You'll need to uncheck "Lock first column" and then delete
the ID column.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Julie,

I did as you directed, but the ID column still prints on a printed schedule.

Did you select your copied table before printing? Does it appear in the
Print Preview screen? Is it the Gantt Chart view that you are printing?

Mike,

Yes, it is a gantt chart that I'm printing? I tried it again this morning
as suggested by Julie and I worked.

Thanks to both of you.

You're welcome Bruce. Glad you were able to get it to work and
thanks for the feedback.
