Reports - Grouping levels are producing duplicate sublevels

I am trying to setup a report using 3 or 4 grouping
levels, however one section is being duplicated and I
can't figure out how to fix it. i.e.

I have the folling grouping levels:

City>>
Company>>
ContactName>>
ContactDate>>

The problem is that my first "contactname" data appears
and then the "contactDate" data appears, as it is
supposed to. The second "contactname" data (if it
exists) appears and the "contactdate" data appears
again. If there is no "contactname" data, then
the "contactdate" data does not appear in duplicate.

Both ContactDate and ContactName are fields in separate
tables on the many side of a one-to-many relationship
with Company. As far as I can tell, all the recordsource
items are as they are supposed to be.
