reports lose formatting???

I'm trying to export an Access report into a format that our customers
can read who don't have access on their computers.

I've tried giving them the snapshot program but most don't want to
install any .exe file on their computers.

WHen i export the file into MSWord (which would be my preferred way of
getting these reports to our customers, we lose all the formatting -
though the data xfers perfectly.

Can anyone suggest anything??? i've tried exporting as html but again i
lose the formatting..
I would prefer not having to purchase adobe acrobat for this single
purpose if possible.

suggestions are regeatly appreciated.

tks

To keep graphical content you either have Snapshot Format or a PDF, That's it.
There are plenty of free PDF writers you can download.

Thanks Rick, i'm not familiar with any free pdf writers. can you
recommend one?

I use CutePDF.

If you type "Free PDF Creators" into a Google search you should get dozens of
choices. Some have an annoying feature unless you upgrade to a purchased
version, but some do not (CutePDF being one of them).
