Reports print to Legal default

Hello, I'm have an application built with Access 97 that I compile into an
mde. I have several reports that I want to always print to Legal paper.
When I set the report to Legal and then deploy the mde the Legal setting
doesn't stick. How can I force the report to always print to Legal without
requiring the user to change the setting.
