Reports- Soft Copy

Hello,

I LOVE the reporting templates that are available in MS Project. I find the
biggest use for them is to present to stakeholders and team members, not for
my own use. I have not found a way to save them as a pdf file or any other
format so that I can email them (unlike MS Access). Is the only option to
export info to other Office apps first? I think the reports are outstanding,
but they are not of much use if the only option is to print. I like the
visual reports option, but the template reports have already done the work
for me. Is there a way to email or save a soft copy?

Hello Soldajo,

If you have Adobe Acrobat you can set your printer to "Adobe PDF" then
"print" the report to a PDF file. Make sure to go into the printer
properties and adjust the page size, etc. to what you want before printing.
