Reports to determine changes made in DB

I'm working in an Access 2000 DB and am wondering if there
is a report that I can design to display any changes made
to the system. Some type of report that I can run on a
weekly, monthly basis. So if another employee updates or
includes a new entry and makes a typo, I can run the
report at the end of the week and determine if the entry
(s) is correct. Is this possible in Access or is it
something that must be done with VB???
