REPORTS TO PDF FILES

Is there a way to save a Microsoft Access 97 Report into
a .pdf?

I would like to be able to forward reports to other
buisness partners without having to put them into
word/excel due to formatting, etc.

Any suggestions?

There are many PDF drivers out there - one that I like and use is PDF995.
If you do not mind a nag screen, you can download and use it for free;
otherwise, for $9.95 (US), you can get a license which eliminates the nag
screen. The way it works is that it installs as a "printer". When you
have created your Access report in preview mode, you then select File|Print.
You then select PDF995 from your available printers and save the file to a
name of your choice.
