Have you looked at Page setup for the report?

Open report Select from menu;- Files, Page Setup

This is stored for that report.

Hi all

I got an access report.. it's format is predefined (let's say it's a receipt
that got the company name and a place to put customer name, ect ....) I only
got to print some values in it in a fixed places.

let's say the paper width and height are 8.5" and 6".

How can I accomplish this in access... pls note that the printer driver have
predefined paper sizes
one of them is Fanfold 8.5"x12"

In windows 2000 >> Start -> Settings -> Printers -> File Menu - Server
Properties

There u can define ur own paper format : Width, Height, Margins ... ect
