Reports will not open in Print Preview

Myself and two other co-workers on different computers can not open any
reports in print-preview. My system locks up, another system gives an error
message that reads: "There was a problem retrieving printer information for
this object. The object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable."
And yet another system does nothing when we try to open the report. All
other objects in the database open except reports.
We are all connected to and have several printers to choose from. Can
anyone tell me what the problem may be?

Can you confirm that the printer toward which this report is directed is
actually available?
