The easier way to be sure a column appears for a report
is to modify the query NOT the report. Open the crosstab
query in design mode, and click on properties (right
click on top area), and in column heading porterty put
the names you want for each column. Ex-
"value1","value2","Value3" etc
When the data is generated from the crosstab query, you
will have fields no matter if there is data or not. this
is much easier than trying to modify the report.
good luck. I have done this and it works great.
