Why does the QUANTITY column always appear on my reports, even though
I specify no subtotals and have the "Show units" box unchecked?

Try this:
1. Turn subtotals back on by going back to the Subtotals dialog in the
wizard and selecting "Group by: [something other than 'none']".
2. Click the Options button in the Subtotals dialog box. Uncheck the
"Exclude duplicate rows in group" option.
3. Switch "Group by:" back to "none" to turn subtotals off.
4. Go back and run the report again. It should leave the Quantity column
out.

Tim:

Thanks much. Worked perfectly.

Any ideas as to how to get the text in the columns on the reports to
be left-justified instead of right-justified?

I don't know of a way to adjust the alignment. One idea would be to pick
Excel as the output, instead of HTML. Adjust the alignment in Excel and then
save as a Web page from Excel.
