OK, I am trying to build a data base that I can get selective reports from.
I have in my tables 2 columns, one called "Sub System", and the called
"control source." I have on my switchboard a button called REPORTS. This
leads me to a form that has a combo box. This combo box is bound to another
table where I can select my sub system numbers. What I want to do, is select
a subsystem No. then produce a report that will display every item in my data
base that has that subsystem number attached to it.
I would like to achieve similar results by typing a word, or phrase, into
the "control source" column, and then have all items in the data base that
have that particular word or phrase in their control source column displayed
on the screen in a report.
Hope you can help. I am new to Access and finding it a challenge
