Hi

Does anyone know how i can print a report showing the customer and address
and phone no once and then show all the coolers attached to the customer. I
have gone through the wizzard but it only lets me group for 4 fields i need
to group 10 fields customer, contact, 7 for the address and the phone number.

I think you may be misunderstanding the grouping. You only need to group on
one field that uniquely identifies the customer. Create A Group Header for
the group and include the customer info in the Group Header section. Then
put the fields for the individual coolers in the detail section of the
report. You will only need a Group Footer if there are some totals you want
to include for the customer.
