Hi,

You will either need to create a consolidated project but choose not to link
to the sub-projects or create a resource pool. The consolidated project with
no links will have a copy of all tasks and their assignments. It will also
consolidate resource data.
To create a consolidated project:
Create a new file, Select Insert, Project once for each project file you
have. Make sure the Link option is deselected.

Make sure you are using the resource in a pool file and
all of the projects are using the same resource pool file.
