Reports

I am working in MS Project 2003 Standard and need to generate reports that
are sorted by resource and show all the tasks that each resouce should be
working on between date X and date Y. Only between X and Y, not until the
end of the project. Hence I can give each team member his/her own report
each month showing all the tasks on my project they have committed to for the
current month and the next month. A few of the canned reports sound like
they would work, but my results have been poor.

I am required to give each team member a current month and next month look
ahead that lists each task they should be starting/working/completing in that
time frame along with the start and/or finish dates for each task.

Hi

Goto the resource usage view - View > Resource Usage
this breaks the view down into assignments per resource

Apply the existing date range filter - Project > Filters > More Filters >
Date Range
Apply the range you require

You have the option to use the Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel - View >
Toolbars > Analysis

This will give you a print out that can be emailed on to your team for any
timescale and range you choose

Hope this helps ... it is the option with the least effort
