I have made a report using my MS Access database. I have
put a lot of control points in the report. However, after
a few dozen control points I got a message that
says ....."can not add anymore control points.....".
Is there a maximum number of control points in a report?

Unless you mean Controls, I don't know what "control points"
are.

If you do mean controls, a few dozen are not going to cause
any trouble. But, while forms and reports can contain no
more than 754 controls (text boxes, labels, lines, sections,
etc), this limit is for the "lifetime" of the report. Even
if you delete some controls, they still count. You can
"defrag" the report by either copy/pasting the report (in
the Database window) or compacting the db.

If that doesn't get you enough, then you'll have to find
another way to get the desired effect, probably by using a
subreport.
